About This Community

Primrose Senior Care Home was founded with the goal in mind to provide all of our residents a caring and comforting environment, engaging activities, delicious and nutritious food, and be surrounded by people who care from the heart.

Both homes have been remodeled and renovated for the purpose of being utilized as board and care homes with many safety and convenience features including roll-in showers, rubber underlay flooring, self-releasing fire doors and many more. The homes were meticulously designed and decorated to help stimulate and engage the residents. In addition, the front and back yards have been fully landscaped with several colorful gardens which include a gazebo, water fountains, park bench and working lamp post.

All of the residents and their families are part of our family in the truest sense of the word. You will hear our caregivers call our residents Mami and Papi and when you see the care and attention they are providing you will believe they are Mami and Papi.

My mom was a resident of Primrose 3. It was a home with a maximum of six residents. They had excellent caregivers and excellent care. My mother was there, and then she passed away. Overall, it was very good. We were very pleased with the care.

Primrose One Senior Care Home (Relative's Review) My family and I are very grateful for the high level of care the Primrose One staff has provided to our M__, a 95-year-old World War II U.S. Navy Veteran, widower and father of two. He arrived at Primrose One on hospice, anorexic and lethargic in December 2020... in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. We were particularly interested in this care home because of the advertised attention to individualized care needs and diet. A virtual tour of the premises tells the story of tasteful decor and practical furnishings, area efficiency, utility and pantry organization, cleanliness, and evident program structure; but the infrastructure-- the skillful personnel that work with medical providers to achieve optimum care for the residents-- is the real deal at Primrose. Primrose One's dedicated service to M__ and contribution to his ongoing improved physical, mental and emotional well-being have surpassed our expectations. Almost immediately he began to eat his puréed meals-- with gentle coaxing from an exceptional caregiver, X___. She is the consummate caregiver whose warmth, patience, cheerfulness, and attention to detail make her a valuable asset to any care home... but we are happy that she has chosen Primrose and that Primrose has chosen her. M__ often tells us how much he appreciates X__. His visiting nurses, physical therapists and doctor also appreciate her apt skills. Our appreciation extends to caregiver Y__ who works closely with her, usually on the same shift, assisting M__ and other patients, taking our phone calls and answering our many, many questions about how and what M__ is doing on any given day. Many hands make light work! In the three months M__ has been at Primrose One, his health and appetite have steadily improved from being bedridden to getting up in a wheelchair for table dining, patio visits, garden forays, and even Saturday morning chair yoga classes! In late April 2021, his health was upgraded from hospice to palliative care. Who knew that phenomenal bonus was coming? No one! We realize that it isn't just one or two individuals who contribute to the quality of life for care home residents; rather, it is a compassionate team and their dedicated, collaborative team effort that make Primrose's program of care and caring a notable community success. Our team -- M__'s family -- wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Primrose One Team and its inspired, professional team leader, Administrator Mo, who make possible the everyday miracles and bountiful fruits of lives well-lived. Kudos to you all and keep up the good work with our seniors! Team M__ 4 May 2021
