My grandmother is a resident of Tarzana Assisted Living for 7 years now. It is wonderful. They take very good care of her. It is very personable. It being owned by a family makes it that much more desirable, intimate, and caring. We are extremely happy with the 1-on-1 personal care that my grandmother gets. My grandmother is currently in hospice so there are no activities at this moment for her. Prior to that, we wanted to put her in a home that did not have very many activities because of her ailment and so Tarzana was our choice with it being more of a peaceful, quiet nice atmosphere. My grandmother is receiving 100% care. They change her, feed her, and bathe her. We are able to visit any time at any day; there's no restriction. Of course because it is a home, we don't go late at night because of the residents in the house. We're respectful with that. My parents are 100% happy. All the food that they make is home cooked and nothing is delivered. Currently, she is on hospice care so it is pureed food, but prior to that, everything was home cooked, three meals a day with snacks. It is great. The place is also super clean.
