Felicita Vida was a very nice place. It was very clean, very friendly, and had lots of activities. They were excellent. I didn't see any that I thought were not good, all seemed really good. The staff members were very good. The rooms were very nice, newly painted, and everything was great. The outdoor was beautiful. I talked to some people that were staying there and they enjoyed and liked it.

When I toured Felicita Vida, the woman in charge was good. She's very excited about her job and very caring about making a good impression and that my mother would enjoy it. It was a very attractive facility that was very well laid out. They had a beautiful garden area in the middle there, and the building is built around the garden area. It looked like they had a lovely dining area, but they had a COVID lockdown at the time so they weren't feeding their people in the dining room. But they had some fun happy hours, some little dances, and just really good activities for the residents. The staff that I met was terrific and the facility itself looked lovely and clean.

Felicita Vida looks really nice. It looks well-maintained, and they have some nice patio areas. Their entryway area has seating and there were some residents out there, so it looked really nice. I saw the studio. They showed me the calendar of activities. On every floor they have the calendar for assisted living. There was a small group of residents in one little area that were playing bingo. When I was there, it was getting close to lunchtime. So some of the residents were starting to gather, they were in the dining room. The staff member was good. She seemed to know the facility pretty well. She knew the residents, because as we passed, she said hi to everyone, and obviously knew who they were. We talked about kind of how the programing is redeveloping now that they're coming out of all the COVID restrictions. They were talking about just kind of developing it back up, and getting residents back out of their rooms and trying to get them active. People got used to being stuck in their rooms.

My dad is living in Felicita Vida. It was fairly new, very clean, and had pretty modern facilities. It seemed to me that the food was adequate and it was fine. The people I talked to in passing thought the food was good. The facilities were good, well kept up, and clean. There are medical people there all the time and have been able to help my dad on several occasions when he had issues. I think it's pretty nice. They have a library which doubles as a movie room, a fairly large dining area, and a snack room which is open all the time with thing like cookies and juices. There are tables there for people to do different things. They have musicians who come in to play for them, and they had something going on for the 4th of July. They deliver food and they have laundry facilities you can use, and they can also take care of your laundry if you're not able to do that, so that's a good thing. They have some basic small weights and they teach you how to use those, monitor you, and reward you and give you a plaque on your door if you've completed your exercises. They have a lot of programs like that. They have rooms set up for doing arts and sewing.

Felicita Vida met our needs and was perfect in my eyes. They had a library, a pool, an exercise room, an entertainment area in the middle of the facility, and get togethers. The rooms were nice as well as the staff. It was clean, well-maintained, and a lot more modern.

Felicita Vida Senior Living was really nice, but it does not have a kitchen at all. The place was very well laid out, very nice, and very clean. It was a little expensive, though. The staff was very helpful and very welcoming. They had my name on the board when I walked in, so I knew they were waiting for me. It was very nice. I didn't really see anything going on, but they showed me the different rooms for different functions. They provided a lot of different activities for the guests. The dining area was OK, but I wasn't really impressed. It was kind of plain and looked more like a cafeteria. I've seen other ones that were nicer.

My mother has been in the "Generations" memory care part of Felicita Vida for about 9 months. Now that the new management has taken over the facility gets a 5-star rating! The staff is incredibly dedicated and caring. Often the management staff is on site even on their days off. When special needs arise the staff goes above and beyond to help support the resident and the resident's family. I can't say enough good things about Felicita Vida!

Felicita Vida is amazing. The whole place is really nice. We walked through the place, and the people seemed happy ad did not look depressed. There were a lot of people out. The staff who accommodated us was very helpful.

Felicita Vida was about a million times nicer than the rest that I saw. It was a new building, so it smelled better and seemed fresher. It had a wine bar for family to come and visit, which was very nice for happy hours. I really liked that. It was great for senior living. They were the best quality for the price.

Felicita Vida was not an option for us because my granddad has diabetes, and they don’t do injections. Otherwise, the facility was incredible. I’d move in there tomorrow myself. It was beautiful and brand new, it only opened his summer. It’s beautifully decorated, feels like a wonderful home, and everything feels just high-end. It’s gorgeous. The dining area was beautiful and had a full kitchen. If you wanted to go into the kitchen yourself, you could. You could cook in there or just make arrangements to cook with your family member if that was something they enjoyed. They had a café where they would make you coffee, different cappuccinos and lattes, and they had a bar with non-alcoholic beverages that was set up for cocktail hour on Friday and Saturday nights. They have a room, which was considered a movie theater, that had large oversized chairs and the screen, and they played black and white movies. It just didn’t work for us because they don’t have anyone on site to do the injections.

Everything has been good so far at Felicita Vida Senior Living, where my sister-in-law is living. I like the knowledge of the staff. I also like that the facility is new. The food is OK.

Felicita Vida Senior Living is brand new. The owners and one of the investors happened to be there the day we were there, so we got to meet them. It was very charming to see the love and care that was involved. We actually went there twice and my mom picked a residence on the bottom floor with a little balcony. We liked that she could have pets. The second time we went there, they set us up some delicious food that was really great, and the chef came out to speak with my mom. It was a very nice experience all around. In fact, even though my parents decided not to go, my aunt is going to be moving in. They have a beautiful community room. A piano player comes in, and they all sing along. They were also people playing Pictionary.

Felicita Vida is very nice. It is brand new. It is visually very pleasing, as far as comfort. The staff is super friendly. The pricing is reasonable. It is all good. My mom was in there a little over a month. So far, from A to F, it is an A experience. We have been to six or eight different place, and the first impression is absolutely the best one. That gives a big impact in our decision-making. The apartments are modern, brand new, well-equipped, and comfortable. My mom has a small, one-bedroom apartment. They have both apartments and studios. I have a meal with her, and the food is very good. I will put it like a mid-grade restaurant. It is good. They have a whole schedule of activities. Their activities director is very good. I will give a good grade for that. Maybe they can improve on their communication with the residents; I think it is because they are brand new. My mom does not really know how to ask some things. Maybe they can have a weekly meeting to explain how things are done, or maybe it is just my mom not being forward enough to ask questions. That is minor, really. All in all, they will get a good grade. I have already recommended them. As I say, I have shopped around, and I find it to be the best value for the money.

My sister and I visited numerous facilities in the area back in June of this year looking for an assisted living place for our mom. Upon entering Felicita Vida we knew this was the one. The staff was very knowledgeable, the facilities were wonderful and the rooms were beautiful. We had her signed up right away even though we had to wait a coupe months to move her. She was one of the first to move in when they opened the doors. Ever since, life for our mom has been so much better. She's no longer lonely or bored and we no longer have to worry about her safety since she was living alone. Mom is thriving at 92! She's happy and now calls it home! I would recommend Felicita Vida to anyone looking for an assisted living facility. The staff is so friendly, patient and caring. We couldn't be happier!!!
