Aside from dementia, dad was diagnosed with mild diabetes 2 years ago. To keep his sugar level down, we need to follow a special diet for him. Gladly, we found Tita Guest House to look after dad. They provide special services like planning a special diet, which suits my dad's condition. We never have to worry about what food to prepare and what food he should and should not take. Tita Guest House somehow surpasses our expectations and really helped dad with his condition.

At the age of 70, dad was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. He is somehow lucky because symptoms showed at the early stage, so even if there is no cure, at least some symptoms could be improved. With his condition, his movement is no longer normal. So, he will need care, attention, and assistance to be able to move. We believe taking him to assisted living would be the best option. We did research and found this Tita Guest House. We immediately got in touch with them, and they offered their service at a reasonable price. Catherine assisted us and everything was settled. The staff was amazingly nice and hospitable. Athan was there to assist immediately. He was alert and thoughtful. The whole place is nice, they also have a large open space to walk and get some fresh air. The room was cozy, and the amenities and furniture are accessible for the handicapped. Patients can also request for their meal and the staff make sure that foods are per the doctor’s advice. Overall, we were satisfied with the facility, staff, and service. We just had to move dad somewhere near our new place so we can visit him often.

I highly recommend Tita Guest House, especially when patients are like dad who always forgot to take his med due to his short term memory loss. They are organized and efficient. They work well with schedules or appointments and assign a service for it. We never have to worry about dad if he took his medicine on time or if he forgot to attend his appointments with his doctor. Caregivers are very polite and understanding, which makes dad comfortable with them. Dad loves reading books and watching movies which are perfect with their amenities. Tita Guest house is a perfect place: less stress, less hassle with a budget friendly service they provide. We're really glad we were able to convince dad to stay in Tita Guest House last year. And now he is living with us. We somehow learned ways to handle dad. All thanks to Tita Guest House!

Nursing my mom who was suffering from dementia wasn't easy. She has mood swings and she sometimes can't differentiate reality from a dream. One day she woke up and went out. We were curious because we haven't seen her yet when she usually wakes up early. So we checked her in her room and looked for her but she was gone. We went out to find her and saw her in a park that was 5 blocks away. She said she was looking for us because we left her at home but all of us were still in bed when she left. We're afraid that this will happen again, so we want to make sure that she'll be monitored. We convinced her that she would have a vacation at a friend's house. So we took her to Tita Guest House, which was referred to by a close friend. The staff were nice and friendly. They were kind enough to stage the act, so mom won't be bothered and will stay there calmly. They knew how to handle patients who have mood swings. Mom was taken to her doctor's appointment on time. Through their activities onsite, mom was well occupied and it helped her with her behavior. When we took her home again, she was way better. The Tita Guest House taught us how to handle her and we somehow find relief because of her changes. In the future, if we need services for mom, we will gladly take her to Tita Guest House again, so we definitely recommend them.

My family and I couldn't thank Tita Guest house enough for their good service. It was indeed a good choice for our dad to spend his last days. From còordinating with their office staff who are very hospitable and helpful all throughout the process. They helped with dad's transfer and equipment. The caregivers were well-trained. They really know what to do. They were also emotionally supportive and they were patiently listening and hearing our mourns. They were there 'till the end. The transaction was also smooth, we were able to settle the bill with no hassles. Overall, our experience with their service was good.

My aunt used to stay in Tita guest house way back in 2019. We visit her from time to time. She's fond of having many people around her and she usually tells us the story of how her day was. She likes going to her appointments because Tita guest house has this access van, which makes it very convenient for patients who can't walk. She likes her small but cozy room. Her past time was to sit around with people and read books because she doesn't like feeling alone and that's how we convinced her to stay in assisted living. She was assisted well by Athan, who was very helpful and hospitable, so our family really liked him. Catherine was amazing. You can ask her anything, and she'll respond politely and informational. They really keep track of their patients and update us with the changes. I lost my mom and dad years ago and they used to stay in Tita guest house as well. So we know that they are really reliable in taking care of our loved ones.

3 years ago, my dad suffered from sickness and couldn't move due to some complications. We had a tough time and couldn't go to work. So we decided to take him to assisted living, so he will be monitored well. He was well assisted by his toileting, bathing, dressing, changing his linens and basic grooming. We know that we made the right decision. Because even if he was in pain, we know that he left us in peace. And on his death anniversary, we were reminded of how tita guest house took their part in making my dad well rested during his last days. So thank you for your good service!

Tita Guest House just wasn't a fit for my mom. I don't know how to explain it but I didn't feel a connection, that's all. The rooms were not good, they were very small and dingy, and they didn't look homey at all. It's a board and care but I don't know how many residents they take. The staff was OK. I did not really meet them, I just kind of walked in, saw the rooms, and pretty much left. I did have an appointment to do the tour, but I never went further than seeing the bedroom, which my mother would have been in because I just didn't want to waste anybody's time. I was accommodated well by the staff and they were very nice. The building itself was older. It wasn't really kept up nicely, although the outside was OK.
