About This Community

Eben Haven is located in Menifee and provides Assisted Living services for Seniors age 62+/. Eben Haven provides a safe, nurturing and caring environment to its residents. We are a comfortable home-like environment and strive to make it feel like our resident's own home.

Eben Haven offers assistance based on each resident's personal needs. Care includes assistance with bathing and grooming, dressing assistance, toileting and may provide the services of a traveling barber or hairdresser.

Residents enjoy three healthy, home-cooked meals daily as well as nutritious snacks. Should residents have high blood pressure, diabetes or other medical conditions, Eben Haven is able to provide special diet accommodations upon request.

While 24-hour awake staff is not required by state licensing, we have a caregiver awake at night to accommodate your Loved One.

Eben Haven provides residents with entertainment, exercise and a health and wellness program tailored to the individual to keep them engaged and active. Some of these activities can include music therapy, pet therapy, board games, and outdoor excursions.

Transportation to and from doctor’s appointments, shopping and religious worship services can be arranged.

My mother-in-law is in Eben Haven. The owner is from South Africa and is a registered nurse who is currently working and has Myrna and other people that come in and help take care. She's certified for six people/residents but she only takes in five, and they get the best care ever. They are so good to the elderly people there. My mother-in-law is going to be 91. She made friends with a 96-year-old little lady, a 78-year-old lady, and two elderly gentlemen. She had four bedrooms that are individual rooms, and then the master bedroom is for two residents. My mother-in-law is sharing with Linda, and she just loves it. They feed them very well, bathe them, and take care of them wonderfully. I don't have any complaints. It's all home-made food and very clean. It's more one-on-one with only five patients there. This is a home, and they're treated like it is their home. They have a beautiful backyard and a gazebo. Everybody is up in the morning, bathed and fed, and they all go outside and enjoy when weather permitting. If able, you can bring your own plants and garden yourself.

Eben Haven is a private home. They do what they can to make my loved one comfortable. They give her a great deal of attention, and she’s pretty well covered 24 hours a day. They aren’t monitoring during the night, but they are available, and she does get all the care that she wants. It’s very clean. As far as the food, there are only five people being cared for, so they try to please individuals as to what their preference are for meals. It’s well-cooked, but it’s not a regimented menu.
