We toured Linda Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care. I found their memory care unit especially appealing and especially inviting. For the most part, people share rooms. And each room has two little showcases, one on each side of the door where you can put mementos from your life. It kind of tells about yourself a little bit, or family members maybe do it, depending on how a person is doing. When you first walk into the door, immediately to your left is the nurse's office for that unit. And the nurse there is the loveliest person, she's a young person, she may be there a long time. At my visit, the person who has that job is just a lovely, gracious person. And you can see yourself kind of walking onto that unit and meeting her, and saying, "Hey, how is Mom doing? Or how's my husband doing?" And she would know because she's on that unit, that she knows those patients and she's easily accessible. Both of those things just seem to me like they would be a comfort to somebody. The rooms were fine, the bathroom was fine, and everything is set up for people with those kinds of problems. So you know, that it's all the way where you would want to be. They had a lovely little patio that a person could walk out onto, that's enclosed and safe. There was a room for people to gather together that looked inviting. You could tell, it would be an OK place to live, away from your own home. The only thing that I didn't like about it is the problem with parking because it's congested. It's a little bit smaller facility compared to the other ones I've toured.

I toured both the assisted living and memory care of Linda Valley Assisted Living. The tour was good and the girl that gave us the tour was very informative, very courteous, and very nice. I had no problems with her. It was just the facility itself. The cleanliness just struck me, which I think they need to improve. I didn't care for the apartments, and they had a couple of residents in there that just looked like they were lost, but their location was good.

We like the look of Linda Valley, and the people were nice. The rooms were a little bit smaller than the other place we went to. They were not bad, and they were certainly livable. The one giving us the tour was very helpful and accommodating. Going into the facility, they had a nice little room in the front. It was just not as open and inviting. It was not bad, and it looked clean. I value that a lot. They had a daily schedule with different activities. Their dining area was fine. It had tables and chairs. It wasn't quite as appealing, but it was plenty good. I would be willing to go to that facility. The place was a lot smaller, and the people didn't respond as quickly as the other place. I was comparing them at the time. They were polite and helpful; I guess it was just the personality because they weren't quite as warm. Who knows if they have the same people there now or not.

Linda Valley Assisted Living was a really nice place, but it was out of my aunt's price range. It's very clean. The staff that we met was marvelous with us and gave us a really nice tour. The rooms were really nice, and everything looked clean. The residents seemed happy. They had a movie room and activities.

Linda Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care is very good. There's a beauty salon, physical therapy room, and opportunities for activities. They also have a dining room. The staff has been extremely good with my mother. They're very caring, helpful, and I think they've done a good job. The place itself is very clean and comfortable.

Linda Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care is a fabulous facility. My mother is being well taken care of and I don't have any complaints. They have arts and crafts and they have a calendar of activities every single day. The staff is very happy, caring and very helpful. They take care of everything and it's full service care. I'm very happy with them.

Linda Valley Provided the most professional rehab treatment that I have ever received. This was my second visit as a patient at the center. No where will you find a more caring staff. All your needs are met with staff who are very concerned with your comfort and relief of any inconvienience you experience. I was there for rehabilitation for both a whole hip replacement and this time for a knee replacement. The rehab division, under the supervision of Maria L. Cruz, was outstanding.Where could you go where you would be treated by four Doctors of Physical Therapy on a daily basis. Their knowledge was extensive, percise and effective. The Occupational Therapest complemented their professionalism with utmost care and sensitivity. One key factor with the center is it's close proximity to both the VA and Loma Linda hospitals. The center provides a shuttle to the VA hopital as required for your appointments. A relief for the families and patients. I have recommended the facility to my friends who have also been pleased and satisfied with their experience at Linda Valley..

Linda Valley was nice. The manager was very informative, nice, professional, and polite. They were in the middle of refurbishing the whole place but still very clean and nice. They seemed to be very attentive to their own surroundings.

Linda Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care was a nice facility, but the decor was very outdated, and it was quite dark inside. I felt it needed a lot of updating. The rooms were mediocre and a little depressing. There were some nice people who made an effort to make you feel welcome. It just needs a makeover. The memory care part was brand new and very nice.
