My friend is a 100% disabled veteran. When I placed her at SRG I was assured her rent would stay the same until her needs changed. Her needs have not changed yet her rent/care fees were raised 28%. In a matter of months, Her rent went from $3500. to $4500. per month. I do not recommend SRG, Unless you can afford large unexpected rent increases.

Sunny Rose Glen is very good, and we chose them after looking at six other places because they offer a better program. The staff is very good and cooperative, and we have no complaints about the food at all. It's just a clean and orderly place. It's just a small community so everything is all on one level, and getting around is easier.

We liked Sunny Rose Glen so much, and they spent a lot of time showing us the rooms. The director was very nice, great, and helpful. The place looked new and clean. Some of the residents were sitting in the living room and some were playing in the rec room. I thought it was good.

I found Sunny Rose Glen through your company, and it has been really good. I am very satisfied that my mom is happy. I’ve been there with my mom when she’s had dinner, and she seems to enjoy it. I know they have a chef there; the food smells good, and looks good. She’s in a nice private room. It looks down on the courtyard, and it’s quiet. She has her own heating, and air conditioning she can control. It seems nice; like a little apartment. Their Sales Director was very helpful. I talked to her a few different times on the phone, and she was always very helpful, cordial, and professional. I would recommend it. Everything’s been really nice there so I hadn’t had any issues.

Sunny Rose Glen is very nice. The rooms are beautiful and nice. They have lots of storage, and it has a big bathroom. The model looked well done, and it is a decently sized room. The two person room is even nicer and a lot bigger. It has the same amount of storage. You got a mini refrigerator, a microwave, and a little counter area so you can have a snack. The dining room is very cozy. The place smelled good, and it looked well kept. They have a nice courtyard and a nice big fireplace in the lounge area, so it is very cozy. The staff was very nice. It is a very nice place. I would definitely recommend this community. It looked fine, and I don't think it needed to improve on anything.

Sunny Rose was wonderful. It was a very nice facility, and the staff was excellent; they're very caring people. I would recommend that to anybody. It’s very clean, and it’s only three years old. The staff was awesome, and they took very good care of my husband. He didn’t partake in any activities, but I saw the activities, and they were very good. There are people that come in and play the piano, everybody seems to enjoy it, they do crafts, and there was a lot going on.

I wouldn't recommend anybody going to Sunny Rose Glen. They were giving my mother the wrong medication. Their food was really bad. They had no choice in food. Sometimes they ran out of food, people don't get enough to eat, they ran out of dessert, or the food was frozen. The place looked nice, but other than that, there is nothing good I could say about it. They had a very uncaring staff. They had a lot of complaints about it. They had no training with the elderly there. It was a really, really bad place. With regards to activities, they had bingo, and they had some exercise where you just watch an exercising show on TV. Other than that, they didn't have too many other things. The facility is pretty because it's brand new, and that's about the only nice thing I could say about it.

Sunny Rose Glen is really nice, and we wanted to put my dad there. The tour was gorgeous. We talked to the lady signing them in. My dad is African American, and when they saw him, their story changed. They came up with one excuse after another.

I can only give it a 4 star review as my husband passed before he was moved there. The prices were very fair and the accommodations were very clean and bright. I visited a number of places and Sunny Rose gave you all the fees up front. This facility was also recommended by a friend who's mother resided there.
