We are big-hearted and compassionate in our care. That is our primary focus in everything we do. Augustin Gardens is a 6-bed residential home for seniors. Located in the quiet neighborhood of Mission Viejo California. Our services provide families a comforting solution to the daily needs of seniors.
Caregivers to give support: bathing, toileting, medication management, incontinence care. We have a 3:1 resident to caregiver ratio.
Care management: daily observation of well-being and health of resident. Communication observation with family and care team involved such as doctor, home health, and hospice.
Activities: we have activities, music therapy, fitness, games, and celebrations.
