We provided assistance with medication management, arranged transportation, special diets as prescribed, activities appropriate to each individual, pet therapy, two caregivers per six clients, english speaking staff, Hospice waiver, home health services arranged, when needed.

Autumn Meadows III was a lovely, fabulous, clean place. I would highly recommend it. The residents looked very happy. The caregivers were wonderful people. I would have taken Mom there in a minute. It had six residents with private rooms with a private bath. They had a van to take them down to the beach, cards, coloring, and whatever the residents were interested in. They had it all decorated for Christmas. It's immaculately clean and had a beautiful view in the backyard.
