When I visited Park Terrace, I like that they had so many activities. They had a fitness room and three different restaurants. The rooms were very clean. They were bigger than the other facility, much more modern, and it has good views; they were very nice. We didn't try the food though. They have more activities than I even knew what to do with. The dining area is very nice.

My mom has moved into Park Terrace. It's been great. All of the amenities are in the building including her physical therapy. They have a hair and nail salon, a church, beautiful gardens, and two different restaurants. All of her doctor care and physical therapy are being handled here. We don't have to transport her at all. The food is excellent. They do walks, exercises, church, bingo, music entertainment, and movies.

Park Terrace was outstanding, it's in Rancho Santa Margarita, it has independent, assisted, you can live all in the same place, and it has memory care. It's an excellent facility, but it also has outstanding prices. They have independent, assisted and memory care, you can live in any part for assisted or independent. They have a couple of dining rooms, they have a chef with some awards, but we didn't eat there. They have a very diversified menu, excellent choices, a nice gym facility, central air, a nice, quiet area, and nice views. I think they have a great program, especially in the memory care for the people there, and they have activities.

I lived at Park Terrace. I had assisted living, and they had wonderful caregivers, helpers, and a very amiable staff. My room there is too small. They have a gym and offered numerous games and activities. They had excellent food that tasted homecooked. It was a really nice stay.

I visited a very brand new memory care unit called Park Terrace in Rancho Sta. Margarita. It was very clean and modern. It did have 12 beds in each unit. They also had friendly staff. Also besides this one, they were also opening another memory care unit. They also had regular senior living. Since they were just starting, one of the directors was a little concerned about their being equipped to handle my husband's needs in later stages, and so for future patients, I would just say to check what they're able to offer for your particular loved one based on what the stage they're in.

My mom went to Park Terrace before moving to FL. It's such a great facility and location. + Small courtyard where they BBQ on occasions + Next to huge park, when my 3yr old & I visited my mom, we'd walk over to the park and have fun + Next to shopping center with great restaurants. If your loved one is wheel chair bound, it's walking distance but downhill. Coming back up might be a challenge. + I've visited a lot of assisted living facilities in CA and FL, this one by far has the nicest staff. Many Atria places I've visited have a "Walt Disney" nice staff, but Park Terrace has a "go home to mom's house" staff. Friendly, alert, but not extremely over-the-top annoying happy. + Has a chapel with services every week.

Park Terrace provided a happy, clean and safe environment for my father-in-law. The meals were healthy and delicious. The staff was helpful and cheerful and there were always fun activities available to the residents. Park Terrace would bring in local groups to entertain their residence with concerts and dance performances. It was a wonderful place for my father-in-law to spend his last years.
