My mom has been at Regency Palms Long Beach for a year and a half. The staff is wonderful and caring. They are very attentive to my moms needs and communicating with me when anything needs attention. My mom enjoys the food and the many different activities they provide. It has been a very positive experience.

My brother needed a place to stay and to recover from his recent illness. I found Regency Palms Long Beach (RPLB) after an extensive research. I got in touch with a RPLB staff and had very constructive communications with her regarding the possibility of staying at RPLB. She provided all the information that I needed to make a decision to stay at RPLB and she also made all the essential arrangements for my brother to move from another facility. Everything was done very professionally. The facility itself is very nice and gives the feeling of a very good hotel. Everyone working at RPLB were very friendly and capable of providing cares that my brother needs. I get quick reply when I request help for my brother. The organization is just amazing in providing a caring environment for its residents.

The staff goes above and beyond to take care of all residents. They are exceptional and my mother loved everyone. The rooms are a bit small, but completely refurbished and nicely maintained. The amenities are amazing and there was ALWYAS something to do daily. Check out to Rooftop -- it's incredible!

Four years ago, being the guardian of my elderly uncle, I had the task of finding an assisted living facility for him. After much research I chose Regency at Long Beach and could not have been happier! Unfortunately my uncle recently passed, and being 3,000 miles away on the East Coast, it was difficult for me to give him the attention that he needed. He went in to Regency as an active senior and utilized many of their amenities. He was treated with respect and dignity to the end in conjunction with Hospice. My gratitude goes out to the entire staff at Regency. Kevin Lombardi

We went to Regency Palms Long Beach on Saturday. It went very well; we loved the place. It's probably going to be the smallest of the ones that we looked at, but there was an appeal to that. My mother was worried that it might be a little too small, but everything else about it she loved. It's a great area, and the care looked very good. She was thinking that she would do a studio, but after looking at the room, she was thinking that she wanted a one-bedroom, but it's very nice. What we really liked about it was there was so much light. It was a beautiful building, it looked comfortable, and she liked the dining room on each floor -- that was nice. She liked to be able to walk the surroundings of the place. It's close to us. They showed us the whole calendar. We couldn't see anything with COVID. We were on the sixth floor; there were no residents there. There is a room in the center of all the rooms where they could go at any time to watch TV or play games, a gym in the basement, a beauty salon, and exercises every morning. They have a beautiful, beautiful rooftop that is open to the residents, and they can go at any time. They gave my mom little treats from their kitchen, and she said they were very good.
