I liked the location of Courtyard Plaza. I also liked that they have a mix of population. The residents there seemed very happy. They were playing the kind of music that I would like to hear when I am that age, and the residents were enjoying the music. They also had a couple of games going on. I liked the activities that the residents were engaged in. All of them are in wheelchairs but they all seem mentally OK. I did not see a lot of aides and nurses to help them around. You can tell that the residents were like groupies. It's like living in a hotel year-round. The rooms that I saw were OK and they can have them decorated the way they want. They also provide the furniture. The staff who gave me the tour was fine, but I think the visit was kind of short. But I would recommend this place for assisted living.

The best thing that I liked about Courtyard Plaza is the patients were secure. Someone is always at the front desk and know who's coming in or going out. I also liked the fact that all of the patients were all up, dressed, and doing whatever activity they were doing that day or in the courtyard. There was no smell in the facility at all. Everyone was really neat, clean, and seemed happy.
The staff who gave me the tour had a very good personality and attitude. I would rate their dining area a four. They were getting setup for lunch, and it looked good. All the tables had tablecloths, and they had real silverware, dishes, and everything.

My mother lives at Courtyard Plaza. The staff is wonderful. They are very informative, kind to my mom, make sure all of her needs are met, and they are very pleasant to talk to. The staff manages all of her appointments and assists her with medications. They do her laundry and housekeeping very thoroughly as well. My mom is in a shared room and the size is pretty big. They provide the bed and furniture to put your clothes. My mom enjoys the activities and musical entertainment they have. The food is also pretty good and my mom enjoys being here.

I toured Courtyard Plaza and everybody seemed very professional. The residents looked like they were being well taken care of, and so I was impressed. The rooms, the reception area, and the big open courtyard were all very clean and well kept. They had a very nice dining area and rec room too.

I like Courtyard Plaza the best. They were very organized. The rooms were clean. The facility looked clean. It's the best one that I saw. They showed us around and we had a thorough tour. My questions were answered. The staff was very professional, very knowledgeable with what she was saying, and answered all the questions that I needed to have answered.
I'm looking for my aunt and my uncle. I'm looking for someone that can assist my aunt with everything. She's not bedridden, but she needs help with all her daily living, getting up, and taking showers. It was right after lunch when we went and they were cleaning up. The dining area was OK. They had a game room and they can go in there and do activities with a worker. When I went in, there were doing aerobics, but they were all in their chairs. It felt homey.

The lady who gave me the tour at Courtyard Plaza was very friendly. She showed everything and explained in detail what are the conditions and what are the activities that the elderly had there. They had a nurse there and they had a person who helps the elderly, but most of them were independent. The staff was very punctual and very nice. They had a patio and a lounge area, they had some games out for them to play, and music.

It was a pleasure to visit my family member at the Courtyard Plaza facility. When looking for a home for my father I wanted to ensure he was in a comfortable and entertaining environment that stimulates the residents to continue to live and enjoy their time. Courtyard Plaza definitely exceeded my expectations.
I was greeted by the staff from the moment I walked in. They were helpful, considerate, and understanding of my questions and concerns. I was impressed with the services provided at the community. The meals were nutritious and appetizing, there are a variety of activities offered, and the staff was readily available to meet the needs of the residents.
After visiting quite a few senior living facilities in the past, I was very impressed with Courtyard Plaza’s community. I’m glad my father has a place with many options of activitiesand opportunities to interact with people in his private residence.

I did not like LiveWell. Everybody was smoking and had their radios on loud, so it was very noisy. The rooms were very small and dark; they didn't even have a lamp. They had a Christmas program with a sing along and a choir that was really nice.
