My mom has been in Calusa Adult Care I for two years now. It's a small community. There are 11 or 12 residents. They keep the place very clean. The staff is good. They take really good care of them. It's like a little family. They're very kind. They bring them food from a local restaurant. They don't cook there on-site, so the food is very good. It's like Cuban cuisine. However, I wish they had more activities. I think during the pandemic, it was probably pretty hard for them to do them. They have a lady that would come in with a guitar and sing with them, they play bingo, and they listen to music.

Amazing facility with a wonderful staff and very clean environment . my mother was in this facility for 6 years and we never had an issue like in other ALFS. i highly recommend this facility if you're looking for high quality care.

Seems impressive at first - very clean. Just wish they would dedicate as much time to the residents as they do to cleaning the floors. Very high employee turnover and innadequate staffing levels for the number of residents, resulting in mediocre quality care.
