I am quite pleased with the care and attention my mom receives in this facility. The caregivers are very warm and caring, the environment is spectacular and always spotless and fresh. The managers are very professional yet understanding. The staff all work together to keep the residents engaged with activities. I have great peace of mind since my mom moved in 5 months ago.

It is scandalous for anyone to take money from a buyer without offering a contract of sale or formal contract and keep the buyer's money. This is what happened upon my Mother and I visiting this facility. Yes, it was neat, clean, tastefully decorated. However, looks are very deceiving. The owner did not refund our money even when we did not sign a formal contract. A formal contract was never presented, discussed , or signed before entry, and when my mother changed her mind, the owner kept her deposit claiming it was not refundable. What business does this? If the business transaction is questionable going into the facility, it is questionable whether the service provision will also follow suite. Family BEWARE!!
