Kind Heart Assisted Living was very pleasant. It's a nice location, it's clean, and very satisfactory as an assisted living place. The owner works full time as a nurse, and he's started this up on his own. He's very professional and very outgoing, and very concerned for his residents. He and his wife alternate on weekends, while the other lady is there full time during the week, so there's always somebody there for them. The rooms were on the smaller side, but they're clean, pleasant, and everything's newly painted and updated.
The first floor is like one big large space. One corner had the dining table near the window, which was bright and sunny, and there was a big TV and a comfortable couch, then the kitchen was part of that room in the other corner. It was a big and very modern looking kitchen with a huge freezer and new refrigerator.
The whole place looked new inside. The building itself was older, but nowhere near as old as the ones near it. They have a calendar of activities where they can have games on different nights, or they can just watch TV. I could highly recommend it for someone who needs some assisted living.
