I visited Terrys' Home Care Facility while looking for a New' place for my Father. I was very unhappy with the facility he was currently in and had received an invitation to visit her home for an Open House 'for the Christmas Holidays. Rather than wait,I called that day and asked to visit immediately. As soon as I met Terry, saw her Home, talked to her about my Father, I knew this was the place for my Father. Her home was clean, well staffed,run with efficiency, the staff and Terry were warm, caring and knowledgeable about the care , feelings and pride of the elderly . Terry went through a very thorough check of all my Fathers Medical History, he was visited by a Professional Nurse and evaluated as to being able to be cared for properly at Terrys Home, considering his progressive Alzheimer's decline. My Fathers spent his last months with Terry and her Staff. He was always clean, his room spotless, he was alert,(never over medicated) had plenty to eat and seemed at peace, finally. I recommend have recommended Harstine Island Adult Family Home to many people looking for this type of facility for Family or Friends. Judy Moore
