Pacifica Senior Living Lynnwood was a much smaller facility and was more expensive. They have a huge community fee and they weren't going to take Medicaid for years. The rooms that they're charging quite a bit were like 300 square feet and they don't have a private shower. They were remodeling, but they were using old features. They did not have many activities except for outdoor gardening and a TV room, and only a part of the garden was fenced in. We didn't see very many staff members and residents as well.

This was my first time learning all about Assisted Living communities as I was helping my grandmother find a place that would suit her needs and lifestyle. BriAnne was my main point of contact and I wanted to write this review because of her helpfulness, kindness, and empathy throughout this process. She carefully explained how Pacifica was set up, got to know me and our family situation, and even followed up to see how we were all holding up well knowing I was visiting other communities that would better suit my grandmother. I can only imagine what a wonderful environment, staff and community it is under her leadership. Thank you BriAnne.

I didn't care for Pacifica Senior Living Lynnwood much. The rooms were very small and dark, and some of them didn't even have closets. The place was very chopped up. There were some little groups in those little cottages and it was quite expensive. I wasn't overly impressed with this place and it wasn't a good fit for my mom. Your activities would be very limited to a very small group of people that you're in a cottage with. So you won't have the interaction of the whole community in terms of meals and meeting people or activities; it's very fragmented. They don't have their own showers, so they have to go out into a hallway to use a community shower, which is less private. Their memory care is in a whole separate building. Maybe some people like the setup of being in separate small cottages, but it just wasn't a good fit for us. It was a little bit too much like a family group home. I would like if they all ate in a big room or cafeteria, but it probably wouldn't make sense the way they're set up. Still, that might be a better thing for them. They also have beautiful grounds and a nice outdoor space.

Fantastic customer service and tour. Very mindful of needs of residents and considerate of potential future residents. Great environment with newly remodeled interiors and greenery that is hard to find so close to the city. Unique balance between a large assisted living facility and a smaller home. Very fair pricing.

Very warm and welcoming. Everyone we me was very kind, concerned with our mother's individual care, and very generous with their time and our questions.

I am having a lot of fun while recuperating from an injury. Lots of events and field trips. Comfortable rooms with sweet bay windows. More food than you can describe. Kind and knowledgeable caregivers and staff.

This community is gorgeous and nicely updated. Everyone is so helpful and kind! Was able to talk to he Executive Director and staff on the 4th of July and get my mom admitted the next day! Everyone has been extremely helpful thru a very difficult, complicated time.

Pacifica Senior Living Lynnwood was very nice. It looked clean too. I liked the way the grounds were kept. I looked at the menu, and it looked excellent. The staff members were very pleasant and very knowledgeable.

My parent has been in this location for a while now and I am frustrated that nothing is being done about the employee turnover rate, the lack of training for new caregivers, the lack of trust the employees have in the new Executive Director, and the basic lack of communication between the caregivers and the head office. There are only 6 cottages, so you would think that the communication about residents, or even work orders for the maintenance staff would be impeccable, but they aren’t. Feedback is also not well received and the only way actions are taken is if someone contacts the corporate office, or writes a review. Moving my parent is not an option, so I just hope we can get these issues figured out. My parent enjoys the community and the caregivers. I am willing to work with anyone to help fix these problems. Partnership and open, transparent communication is key.

Pacifica Senior Living Lynnwood was more assisted living and I didn't care for that too much at all. They give the residents one shower a week and if you want more, you have to pay for them. You have to use the same shower seat as everybody else. The rooms were nice, but the bathrooms had no shower. You have to use a community shower and then you only get one of those a week. You had to pay for anything more. The dining area was OK. They were renovating the place and the one room they had renovated was nice. The staff seemed to be OK. The common rooms were nice.
